NodeMeta is a Web3 project on BNB Smart Chain. We're building an NFT marketplace with on-chain staking and SmartCommerce — a platform where users spend tokens on real goods.
We're looking for a backend engineer to build the APIs and indexing layer that powers the marketplace.
What you'll build:
• REST APIs for NFT browsing, search, bidding, and transaction history
• Blockchain event indexer for on-chain NFT activity (listings, transfers, staking)
• NFT metadata storage and retrieval (IPFS/Arweave)
• Data layer with pagination, caching, and error handling
Stack:
• Node.js, Express
• PostgreSQL, Redis
• The Graph or custom blockchain indexer
• IPFS / Arweave
Requirements:
• 2+ years backend development with Node.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Familiarity with blockchain event processing or willingness to learn fast
• Solid REST API design skills
• English communication for async collaboration
Nice to have:
• Prior Web3/blockchain backend experience
• Experience with The Graph or custom indexers
• IPFS/Arweave experience
• Docker and container experience
