🚀 Your day-to-day: 🚀
- Create intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring designs from concept to implementation.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across all products.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and work seamlessly across devices.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
💡 Your skills & experience: 💡
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI Design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and visual design skills.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
💰 Salary: 💰
- Gross salary: 2800 – 4500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
